For resources it's more like 2 for 1 cap, 3 for 2 caps, and you get 12 resources per second for capping all 3. So the cap is fixed but no multiplier imo.

I'd guess it is theoretically possible to tie mathematically. Though as a result i'm not sure who would win if the points were just right for both to hit 2,500 simultaneously.

I've actually never seen the simultaneous 2500 resource thing happen, despite quite a few situations of 2499 v 2500... I'm not sure whether Allods has some way of resolving it though or whether it's just not perfectly timed enough for both teams to hit 2500 simultaneously
