Not really. I've been into this thread about 6 times and never voted Yes, because I didn't care to. People who don't think its reasonable are more likely to vote.

They move it forward, more EST people will vote no, they move it back and some PST people will vote no, or more people in europe who used to wake up early in the morning, and now can't will vote no.

No matter when you change it, you are gonna get a different set of people voting no.

I don't know if it's even possible to get a majority of the player base happy at one time. There is no 3 hour window in the day where a majority of people from all time zones are available.

No that doesn't say anything. It only says that 57% of the people that actually voted said no. And it's fair to say that not even 5% of the people that do AC voted.
