Witches Hollow for lower levels?

hello everyone, i'm chillaah.

i'm not really new to this game, but i only have lower lvl characters, (my max is 34) and i would love to do some more PVPing.
Witches Hollow is for lvl 51-ers, so why are they available from lvl 25 (or something)?
so i have a suggestion, make Witches Hollow for every 5 levels, start from lvl 25 - 29, then 30 - 34 and so on. that way also lower levels can also compete against each other somewhere else.
would this be a good idea?

Which they already could. The problem is simply that not enough players sign up for the skirmishes on lower levels.

That is how it's done.

There just aren't enough queued people at lower levels to have skirmishes actually occur.

the game already allows it, but not enough people queue for the skirmishes.

In fact there is a big yellow quest that becomes available around L24/25 from the main city guides which tells you to participate in skirmishes - deserted farm and witches hollow.

Best thing you can do buddy....

Join a Guild and Get to 51. Be cool and friendly then things will go your way.

At that time then you'll find plenty of people you can smack in Skirmishes.

Rep grinding skirmishes at lower lvl would be soo much better than doing it at lvl51...sigh.

If they did, by the time they hit lvl51 with Skirmish legends and relics they could do astral asap.
