Plenty have on Nezeb. Its faster than the other way.

Also, some guilds are still working on GT Gorluxor/Full clears for rubies on a weekly basis.

Wrong. Can still summon dragon in GT and can still get draconic aspect from it

If that's the case then I haven't seen a single person obtain dragon blood like that since the patch.

I've seen it happen every week for some guilds that still do GT.
