Are you trying to download the client from the EU website? Cause that's the wrong thing to do and it won't work. You have to download it from the link specified by Yrealis in the original post.

Everytime i try to download that client from that link it stops saying Network Error

Try using a download manager. Search google for Internet Download Manger or Free Download Manager. I don't guarantee this will work, but try it.
