To be honest, its not a one-sided thing.
While they are working their asses of, that is their job.
Lets not confuse volunteer work with work they need to do for a living.

Well, I know I primarily spent $15 for the dragon vanity.
If they promise you something if you complete your part of the deal, then you do in fact deserve it.

Lol, this MAP thing started to bring in more cash assets. It wasn't started out of the love for the community lmfao.

Well, lets be honest, Gpotato teams has a huge track record for not getting tasks completed on time. With that being said, I'm surprised alot of the people in here are complaining, as I expected for their to be a problem lol. No disrespect, but most of the time their is.


Lets also keep in mind that receiving fixes isn't just on our GMs. It is also dependent on the quickness of the Russian Developers with their work.

My Whole Point was that the Item in Question was not purchased. The point of all the rants are "Give me whats mine"! whether or not it was promised, you purchased Gpots and received goods in the transaction end of story.
Expecting more then what you paid for is childish. And Complaining about it is even worse "KNOWING" that there have been several posts stating that they are working on it and you will receive it as soon as humanly possible should be indication enough that its a priority.
Mistakes happen, even in my business we have mistakes and errors, but consistent complaining will not solve the problem. Read All the posts. say thanks for this and patiently wait. that was my point. I paid my dues. I am receiving both months so far and when It comes it will come. unless this is going to Kill you, it shouldn't be an issue worth complaining about!

Ezi, I think you missed Volaran's point which was that if there had been no MAP reward he would not have purchased said items. So while it's true that the MAP is not purchased, the MAP is the reason why a purchase was made, therefore it is a reasonable expectation to get the item that you made the purchase for.

My Mistake. I suppose I overlooked it as not everyone throws money into this game to begin with. so yeah. if you only spent for this than I suppose the debate is valid. Although Complaining about wont get the job done faster as it pulls them away from the task at hand to patrol the forums for said complaints to make sure they arent bashed too hard. but yeah.. i suppose I will go 50/50 with Vol on this.

Technically speaking, this MAP system is set up as a "bundle" so to speak.
If you purchase and spend 1500 Gpots, then you receive whatever reward.
Therefore, the reward is in a way paid for.
The item was promised.. hence the whole MAP system lol.
No, its not childish to expect a bonus item since this is a system created by the GMs. It is set up that if you spend an xx amount, you receive an item. It is not childish at all.

I'm just happy they are doing something about it, I'm sure the Gm's can only do so much, yes you may have paid money to receive this item, but knowing its just for looks (vanity) it really isn't a massive issue while continuing on playing. If the dragon vanity did give off some extra stat or something then yeah you should be very concerned, but the damage is done here and yes measures could have been done to prevent things like this from happening but its happened. I don't blame people on being angry about not getting the June MAP reward yet but flaming or pointing fingers now isn't going to help resolve the issue.

I'd rather feel relieved & probably more excited when i do get my dragon, then get it & still be annoyed about the whole process It's not the end of the world kiddies.

You guys have been very patient with waiting for the MAP rewards so thank you once again. We have another update for you.

With the recent maintenance, we had a fix that would have resolved the issue we are experiencing with properly delivering the reward items to your characters. However, we were unable to apply the fix and are continuing to work with the developers on this situation. It's a top priority for the developers to fix and we expect to have the issue resolved soon.

By the time the issue is fixed, we will most likely send out the June and July MAP rewards at the same time. We apologize for the inconvenience of not receiving the June MAP reward during the date that we stated in our post and will also be mailing out a special gift to those who qualified for June's MAP reward. The special gift will be announced at a later time.
