So... it's the third day of May and I never got anything. My character was created way before May 1 and yes, I logged in with them (Gibberlings <3) before May 1 and on May 1 as well.

Should it have come in the mail? Or should I claim somewhere on the website? Haven't seen any information on that.

I would be really grateful if something could be done about this as I see people riding these cool wolves and I would really like to get my hands on one even if it's slow as a snail.

They came via in-game mail so check with the postman in-game. He'll have a letter with an Anniversary Gift in it and when you open that gift it will have the mount and other prizes.

If you still don't have it, please send in a support ticket.

I know this may be a dumb question but is the Ship stuff exclusive to lvl 32's or can anyone get em. im 24 and just starting AT and I level rather quickly. I think every charrie should get em just because you cant use em right away doesn't cheepin the usefulness of said Items.

You have to be level 32+ when you open the Anniversary Gift to get the scroll that can give you the ship items.

I wish I had known that before. I would've waited to open mine. I figured the mail attachments were determined when they were sent rather than when they were opened. Ship parts would've been great for a new player such as myself.

As the gifts were sent by mail and the first spot you can access mail is in the capital cities, yes you need to be out of the tutorial to activate the gifts.

If your character was created before the stated date I believe that you still get the gifts, but they will be waiting for you in the mail at your capital city. As mail expires after 30 days you will need to get there and collect the gift before they expire.

i think you have to be atleast out of hte start tutorieal (ship infinity or clement's tower. i had a character i created before may 1 that i was just using to reserve the name. she didnt get anything, no premi's no giftbox
