While we continue to work on maintenance, and the issues that are occurring, I wanted to take the time to go over a new feature being introduced. This feature is not, in any way, causing the issues.
With this patch we are introducing the new Premium Crystals to the Item Shop. These new crystals are a new form of currency.
Most items will be available for purchase using gPotatoes, Gem Shards, or the new Premium Crystals. However, there will be
certain items only available for purchase using the Premium Crystals.
You can obtain Premium Crystals in a couple of ways. First, you can purchase them directly in the item shop and a 1:1 ratio
of gPotatoes to Premium Crystals. Second, do you remember the Box of Gem Shards? With that item (and event) you got a box
that had 10 charges that would give you 10 Gem Shards each. But, when you used each charge you would have a chance at getting
bonus Gem Shards anywhere from 1 to 5 or a jackpot of 10,000 Gem Shards. That box is now going to be slightly modified. You
will still get 10 charges of 10 Gem Shards each, but if you win a bonus when you use a charge you will actually get that
bonus in Premium Crystals. There will be other ways to receive these Premium Crystals in the future. We will detail those as
they become available.
When you buy the Note for Premium Crystals, you will get the note in your Item Shop tab of your bag. Use the item.
You will then
receive the Premium Crystals. Use those and you will be able to spend them in the Item Shop.
Please note, you will receive an error if you attempt to open the Notes of Premium Crystals too quickly.
The Item Shop is going to look a little different now. There will be two tabs in the middle. The tab with the "Red Shards" will
be for spending gPotatoes and Gem Shards. You'll be able to buy any item that can be bought with gPotatoes and Gem Shards but
items that can only be bought with Premium Crystals will be grayed out.
The tab with the "Purple Crystals" will be for spending Premium Crystals. You'll be able to buy any item that can be bought with
Premium Crystals but other item will be grayed out.

As part of this, we have changed some items over to Premium Crystals only and we are introducing some special mounts and skins
that will only be able to be purchased through Premium Crystals. More items will be introduced over time as well.
The pricing of the items currently in the Item Shop are not changing at this time, this is just the introduction of the new
Premium Crystals.
