Sending in multiple emails will actually slow down your response. Since we are working from oldest to newest, sending in a second email will refresh the date on your email to the new date/time you sent it in.

I think this needs to become more common knowledge. I had no idea that sending more emails sent you to the bottom of the list.

It's always been the case with the email/ticket system.

i sent the mail a week ago and i still had no reply, idk if its beacuse i then sent a mail with my account information or what, but i think that u said that today was the last day that u were answering mails

well i started to get worried i wasn't gonna get my items but got them after about a week including your days off lol thanks for all the hard work gms cant imagine how many emails you guys are sorting out but it was a great event cant wait to see another similar to it lol

No one should be sending in new emails inquiring about the login event at this time since the deadline has passed. We will continue to get back to everyone who have contacted us already.

I'm disappointed.

I received NO rewards at all,but I know I always made sure to be logged in for atleast 1 hour.I was hoping that if I e-mail them,they will realise they forgot about me.No,they tell them straight to my face that their records indicate that my character was not logged in during the duration of the Play for Rewards event which excluded me from receiving any prizes.I then tell them to double check,but still they say I was not logged in.

Okay,let's pretend that I was stupid and I only logged in for 59 minutes.But,I know for sure,when that Tropic Atoll thing came online,I'm 100% positive that I played more than a hour.I even managed to get the mount from Tropic Atoll,which takes more than a hour to get the mount.And they still tell me that I was not logged in.

Very,very disappointed.It's not fair at all.I knew it sounded too good to be true that I will get prizes.

Lol, you most likely did not LOG OUT before 11:59pm server time.
Its not just playing one hour.

I mainly logged in during 4-6AM server time,that's why?
