There is no need to send in a follow-up email as it will only slow down our process of getting back to everyone. As long as people who require support are able to contact us prior to March 6th, we will still help those people. It's only that we will stop accepting support requests for the login event after March 6th.

What about if my ticket to get my items isn't resolved/replied to until after March 6? I wanted to transfer the Lion mount to character on a different faction, but if I don't get the mount or a response by March 6, will I still be able to send in a ticket to get it transferred? Or should I send in a ticket now just to make sure?

It's possible we may still have requests to respond to after March 6th but as long as you email us prior to March 6th, you will still be helped.

well ive followed instructions to a t and its been 5 days now and no reply at all...most of my guildies got their replies within a day or 2 and you guessed it...they were told they played either 9 or 10 days and suck it up. not very cool at all when it defies common sense that we all know they played every single day period. Tthere is no way that many people knowing the rewards and anxiously awaiting that mount and especially the talsiman would miss that many days when they have played 8-10 hours a day for years and somehow for this one even just happen to miss 3-4 days. Gonna be a hell of allot of very very upset people and it is backing up the email system because I know at least 10-12 people that are spamming emails at them so ticked off wanting what they earned...I on the other hand are patiently waiting....still...so i can be told you played 9 days lol...we will see
