Hello, There I was wondering why I had received 8 rewards in the even. I was on mostly 1 hour as the event had told us to do but never got the rest?. I was wondering if you guys can check I've been on all 21 days disregarding the new patch days. If you can help me out with this issue I will appreciate it.

Well I have been waiting..and waiting...and waiting for a response but I am getting less and less sure its gonna be a good thing to hear from them...so far today 9 of my guild mates got a response and not a single one got all of the rewards...most were told our records show you logged in for 9 days...and whole lot of very very unhappy customers. When in fact we all know beyond any doubt every single one of us was on every single day period..no if and or buts and no possible way we accidentally or otherwise missed a day...but as I said I am waiting..patiently...we will see ...After opening 192 Martyr boxes today and no mount with everyone around me getting one every 10 dang boxes I better get my day 14 mount lol...

The GMs do other things besides answering those tickets.

Why don't they let those people see their logs?
This to me is really fishy. First, we'd only have to log in for an hour, then when the end of the event is announced, we have to find proof that we logged in everyday in case we don't get all of our rewards, and then the team says that players only logged in for 9 days when they knows they logged in everyday.

Basically, either you have a bunch of liars on your community, or something really wrong is going on at your officer... I honestly go with the second one.
