I got my Veteran rank

I was considering maybe thier "system" wasn't programmed to do it on a mass scale, and needs time to calculate and it does it somehow by random or something, kind of like how it took the shard guy (or so i was told) to "warm" up.
Cause there is NO way people by "chance" have been turning 1year a day after patch or 5 days after patch.
If it's not something like i assume, then GM are definately handing them out to people.
My understanding the title is just a mere badge, I dont see anyone with a title, like there is suppose to be according to what shockpix? wrote.

Veteran Rewards

Players will no longer be required to PvP to gain discounts from vendors. Instead, these discounts will be provided based on a player's veteran rank. The longer a player has been playing Allods, the higher their rank will be, providing greater discounts from NPCs, titles, and a nifty unlock. Ranks aren't based on hours played but are monitored over extended periods of time.

So where are these so called titles and "nifty" unlocks, if you guys are not giving people the titles indiviually?

I can confirm that the 5% vendor discount works. Haven't seen any of the other "features" though.

I've played everyday for the last 1.5years yet i'm still solider =(

People that i've helped when i was lvl 42 and they were around lvl 20 have gotten veteran rank before me. o.o

We don't know that it is bugged. We need to get further confirmation on the exact way it calculates it. We'll have that information for you soon.

yes, I've been playing for much longer than a year and I still didn't get veteran either only soldier >.>

Oh no worries here guys its not bugged..... I been playing well over 2 yrs period and didnt even recieve a title. So no not buggy at all : P

Its not bugged. Maybe they just start counting in February 2011, so if you've played since Feb. 2010 this extra year does not count ... totally unfair in my opinion and that's my complaint. the "real" veterans are now soldiers because they take one or two weeks away during 2011
