SMS Broken?

i live in canada and ive used SMS billing multiple times back in the day for this game. i got back about 3-4 days ago and i noticed a cool new mount (hurricane) and i wanted it. After going to the site, logging in and going to the payment options i found that both of the phone options are greyed out. i just want to buy sum gpots lol if anyone can help out with this problem with possible information or a fix feel free to post...
