Ok here's the thing Im trying to purchase Gpotato in my gala net account which has a False name , which I usually do to prevent stalkers and stuffs . But the problem is Im using pay pal to pay it , and my Pay Pal has my real name on it and every time I am trying to Purchase something it doesn't go through . I created my account 2 weeks ago and Im looking forward in buying Items from the cash shop. I've been trying to call the 877-GALANET number but there's no way I can contact them here from Guam, Same as sending Fax or something and doing that is too much of a trouble for me. I'd be willing to answer security Questions and stuffs

i suspect i may have the same problem, i tried buying gpots today but got the same answer.
The paypal account i am using is actually my dad's because i don't have a bank account of my own.. so please could i have a mail reffering to this issue and how to deal with it as well?

hi i payed with a credit card yesterday on gpots and i bought 20.00 worth and i waited it to be done with pending and it said unable to process the payment but they chearged me on the credit card pls email me when u can

My email on my account is my personal one, and my paypal is my mums email. can you send me an email to change/fix this so i can purchase gpots on my main, not a stupid alt so i can get the monthly rewards?
