Policy for Bound Item Assistance with Play For Rewards Event

With the Summer Play for Rewards login event that has come to an end, we wanted to give you a heads up how the Feathery Cape and Polar Charger will be handled since they are bound items and you may receive the items on a character that is not your most active character.

The login event system is designed to mail the reward items to the highest level character on the account. Since you may not want the top bound items on the highest level character, we can offer assist with a one-time transfer of the two bound items - Feathery Cape & Polar Charger.

We want to establish some ground rules in order to make this request possible:

1. We are only allowing a one-time transfer of the Feathery Cape and Polar Charger if you are in a situation where you do not wish to have those two items on your highest level character.

2. We will only assist with this one-time transfer for another character that exists on the same account. This is to prevent players from creating multiple accounts and requesting us to transfer the Feathery Cape and Polar Charger to characters on other accounts.

3. For the Polar Charger mount, DO NOT activate the mount to your stable. If you click and activate the mount after receiving it in the mail, we will not be able to assist with transferring the Polar Charger anymore.

4. Only submit one email request regarding the one-time transfer for the Feathery Cape and/or Polar Charger. Also make sure the Feathery Cape and/or Polar Charger is retrieved from the mailbox and located in your character's bag before sending in the transfer request.

5. One-time transfer requests for the Feathery Cape and Polar Charger will only be allowed up until Wednesday, October 3rd at 9 AM PST. After that date we will not assist with transferring those two items, so be sure to send in a support ticket to us before October 3rd at 9 AM pST.

6. You will need to email us at allods_community@gala-net.com. The format of your ticket request needs to follow the following format:

-Server & Name of Character that Received Reward Items:
-Server & Name of Character to Transfer Item to:
-Name of Items to Transfer (Feathery Cape and/or Polar Charger):

*We will make exceptions with transferring all 10 days worth of items for those who have their highest level character on the other faction.
