Alchemy Leveling Problem

Can you GM's help me. I'm currently at lvl 16 Summoner and have the alchemy as a profession. My current alchemy skill lvl is 10. But my experience bar isn't leveling up. It's stuck at 9% and I keep on brewing potions but it still isn't leveling up. Pls help!

Are you creating the highest level potions you can?
Open up your professions screen (Not sure of the keyboard shortcut but press 'i' and click on professions) and have a look. Under alchemy there is a blue bar that will slowly fill up as you make potions. If the potions are too low of a level then the bar will not move.
When the bar is full you will go up 1 rank in Alchemy.
