Coalitions aren't a good idea IMO, sure PvE content would be easier but Chaos would still be Chaos at the end of the day (just a random guild name I heard), they still have to send 24 Chaos members to AC. PvE isn't a measure of how successful a faction is, to measure success one must have PvP power.

Nezeb has two super guilds, Mercenaries (league) and Ascendancy (empire), regardless of your faction orientation, Ascendancy is on top because they hold the 10th Allod and have stopped Mercs from getting it time and time again. They also downed Kazul fist which helps but I could care less about raid progression, that's easy you can put people if need be, PvP is strictly your best in guild versus another guilds best.

The first priority of any guild needs to be having a sense of success and sharing that sense with your guild members. People in power-guilds will tell you that success is being able to out PvP other guilds, but it's not necessarily true.

If you want to be a successful guild and you're not Mercenaries or Ascendancy, ultimately, you need to find a way to make people in your guild feel successful.

If a coalition can help you meet this, then do it. Or if you want a less formal alliance with some like-minded guilds, that can help too. If not, then just focus on your mission as an officer of making your guild members feel a sense of success in everything you do.

bambambam not being on that list is a sham . Better then all the pros that have posted on this thread.

Although it's one thing to have a guild of all pro players, but if they don't work well together they'll still struggle. Or simply won't last very long leaving you all at square one.

I gotta say though, you imps are still like 40% healers qq

Actaully those are some good players ,and just because you hate them doesnt make them noobs you barely know any of them from what i know and maybe you should get to know some of these people before you start claiming them to be noobs you know?

This will never in your awesomest dream work.
People's personality simply doesn't allow it to, and there would always be a guild that would be being taken advantage of, in this case it would be Chaos, since they have the majority of end gamers.

But then, Reborn has the highest level guild so those players wouldn't want to leave the guild to make a new one from scratch.
Then good players from Doom wouldn't want to leave because they are an old guild bla bla bla.
Then DBH would never join a guild with Reborn members because of all the drama that happened between guilds in the past,

Then when thye finally agree to it, you would have the drama between Chaos and Reborn people god knows why, and again, since there is a guild that is on top right now, everyone would have to realize that that guild, which in this case is Chaos would be contributting with the most man power to this possible "Super Guild", and people's ego's would have to go away.

Then you have the working as a council crap, which sucks because everything takes too long and because you would have at least 4 people running the guild (one from each main guild) with different personalities that would be biased towards the group of people they brought into the guild. Not only that, but you have officer positions that would want to be claimed, but then the other people would create drama because some guild have more officers than others and that would mean some people would have more representation within the guild.

Last but not list, if the list of officers showed at the beggining would not satisfy the members, there would have to be demotions and new officers, and what would happen is that people that came from X guild wouldnt like Z person to be officer, which would generate more drama.

As much as I'd like this to happen, I can kind of see what would happen with this. Same way Reborn+xBHx merge didn't work out, this wouldn't either.

I'm not quite sure why this thread is so popular. Even when you ignore the "why is so and so not on the list"(which is totally irrelevant but w/e lol) it still generated a lot of aggro, even tho we all know this is not going to happen any time soon.

^IMO this thread was meant for fun and the what ifs.
Same case with leagues though. Tensess is just full
of same faction rivalries that some guilds formed even
interfaction alliances. Not saying they were the first
though.
