Although which guild and, who would be "GL" would be an issue. A brand new fresh guild wouldn't cut it. Huge structure changes and many other empire guilds falling hard however, your damned if you do and your damned if you dont.

"fixed" However there could be "better" players switched out on this list, add 2 and you have a full raid. It wouldn't be that difficult at all to form an "elite" guild.
By "better" I meant with the right mix of classes is all.

I wouldn't be to concerned about it mindgazer, this is far from an "elite" list hell I was added to it.
The main thing here is, what would most likely happen is picking one guild and every "good" player joining said guild. Then when raiding comes along the best geared and skilled would be invited the rest being left out, some left out better then the ones in because of "friendships", then you would have another Reborn fall out exactly like what happen after Gipat. Then a 2nd strongest will emerge from that. That would be capable of doing the same as the 1st.
From what I see Chaos is strongest atm, but they have to many that weaken them to get anywhere close to the level of old Reborn and Eminence once had, you and the rest of the server knows both of those guilds would have had Sarn on farm pre 3.0. With brotherhood nipping at thier heels.
Towards the end of patch every guild on empire was starting and upswing on GT but from the videos you can obviously tell all the guilds were being "carried" by 8-12 members in the raid. Just like towards the end of "gipat" and 40 GT.

As for leadership... I could toss some people up, but I don't want to start any "in-between" guild dramas, so I'll just shut up on that one
