Maybe they're not the best geared but from what I have seen in my days on the battle field these are the best of their class in terms of pvp.

League:
warrior- Kingtiger
paladin- Fallenxheart (I would say something about your racial but I don't want this thread deleted too)

warden- Bojana (less dodge please <3)
mage- Pearz

Haven't found a Psi that's up to the title yet.

As for Empire, it's hard for me to have a non bias opinion but here are some very skilled players that I've had the pleasure of playing with.

paladin- Do we even have any of those imp side?
healer- Stik (92k perp anyone?)
summoner- Blackroset
warden- Hoon (mostly because I'm a fan of melee wardens)
mage- Fuzzywuzfuzzy's trinket.
psi- Lonalee
