Faith no longer determines the effectiveness of healing effects. Instead, Faith now affects the mana and mana regeneration rate. Faith is now found only on weapons.
Perception now plays Faith's function in healing, and also affects the damage dealt by spells.
Wisdom now affects healing and the character's spell power. It is analogous to Finesse for classes dealing physical damage.
Agility now decreases magical damage received in addition to physical avoidance.
It doesn't say whether Faith is solely responsible for the mana pool, but it seems that it is tied purely to the quality of your weapon. I guess we can't worry about this one, only look for the best gear in this/these slot(s)
The changes to agility could place more stress on perception in stat balancing- particularly against scouts, warriors, wardens and some bards/paladins in pvp.
Changing faith seems like a good thing- it was obsolete as a stat for 6.5/8 archetypes.
Most classes (excluding full healers) have to balance 4 offensive stats:
strength, expertise, finesse, luck
intelligence, perception, wisdom, luck
No mention of whether intelligence is done away with, perhaps wisdom is an additional boost alongside int. Does the description for wisdom refer to caster classes that use physical damage, or will it be a version of finesse for all spell types?
We'll have to see
