Stat help please for Caster Healer & Full Healer

I am just wondering how to place my stats that I gain through gear. I place all of my leveling stats into Luck.

I want to know what those who are Caster Healers feel is an adequate % to keep each stat and what those who are Full healers feel as well.

My recommended tooltip %'s:

Primary
Luck: at least 50% chance to crit

Int: at least 33% increased damage

Wisdom: Enough mana to finish a long fight without using Martyr's Gift or Warden pots, Shazalon the Greater in HoTT (at equal-to-your-level version) is the benchmark for a long fight.

Per: 20% chance to miss (this number is always higher than the real chance to miss on equal level mobs)

Faith: 20%, same as Per

Secondary
Agility: 20% chance to dodge if you have all three Divine Instincts rubies, if not dump the stat low.

End: 10.5%/ 10.5%

Stam: Whatever is left after following the Agi/End recommendations.

Agility is no longer a customizable stat. It is strictly based on the quality of gear in the slots that govern Agi, which are: boots, pants, belt, cape, bracers, and neck. I'm not certain if there are any shields with agi still left around.

Basically what I'm trying to say is the only way to 'dump it low' would be to not upgrade those gears. Only way to increase it would be to use potions, or use your stats from leveling into agi.

Does anyone know the wisdom equivalents for finesse in terms of armor penetration? It's a bit unfortunate that we're not provided with one on the tooltip.

I'm a 46 MH/Caster spec with 460 wisdom. I'm just wondering if this is overkill so i can put some more stats into Int.
