2- How long is maximum range of scout with r3 Eagle Vision?

1.yes, it makes them instacast (the creating that is)
2. i think around 52 yards, 40 yards beeing the initial range

steady high dps in raids, other classes have mana or lame dps mechanics, we can just refletch shoot shoot shoot

Run in circles constant tranq, incend, and w/e the other dot is that extends with movement, forgot the name, and bag of tricks for insta-cast solid and double kiting is extremely easy now - even with my crappy gear and low 40k dps

After missing a month of playtime and cramming my head for end of year exams and finals I remembered what my class is called. That's close enough, I'll remember all that other useless crap after a couple days
