this may come off as arrogant but please do not post such..utter...*bites tongue*
if you have next to no knowledge of the scout class or how builds work. please :(

and shaek, quick fletch is useless for me, i can use quick recharge and keep my dots up, if youre incen is out x2 , youre targets dead or you are, unless youre in a instance, then you manage them. and stop acting like you are THEE boss of the scout forums

well, you shamd a few peoples builds saying they were twins of youres, they may have done those themselves, you dont know, and you post an obnoxious pic on mine, ask if they were mistakes first

Sory man, but Fail build is Fail.

No fletching is viable, but ANNOYING.
Rapid hearbeat? RLY?
No parry yet will to live??? You only get will to live when you fill your basic needs
Patience rubies are LUXURY, not must.

Try something like this:
http://ru.allodsbase.com/calc#a30xmf6pd ... h49c610000

PS: im drunk, talent/ruby # may be a lil off.
PS2: dying when you don't have fletching FKCIN SUX
PS3: r2 presision shot FTW... (though R1 turns ppl into npc guards)
