The Off Tank

Recently since I have reached 51 off my pally off an AoE sort of DPS build (Physc)- I also found that I didn't have enough rubies and talent points so AoF only reached 2 Interdiction reached 2 and was only able to get r3 Devoted Plea-http://www.allodsbase.com/calc#a20xuf0cuc9vx610871c8i6gk7y49i7g8430s400y70s10800g4fm7
but I keep getting the "that's not going to work", I don't really see how because I began it at level 35+ and has yet to fail me(please tell me if there IS a way to continue this). So I have decided to go for an off tank build, a way I can deal some damage while tanking, or deal some damage and still be able to tank for some time, in a way useful for pvp(does not need to be a necessary feature). I just need the perfect off tank build, thanks guys!

Also I'm planning for patch 3.0.4.
