Looks good, it's pretty similar to CitizenKane's PVE DPS A build of his on his thread with some slight varations such as R3 Bash and R3 Cleave instead of R3 Charge and the last Heavy hitter ruby instead of Energy flow.

Well, not getting R3 Charge will hinder your chances of getting closer to ranged players in PVP as the CD is longer and range is shorter but if you're focusing more on PVE, I'd say it wouldn't matter much because getting R3 Cleave would be more useful for the increased AoE dmg.

Personally I can't live without r3 charge - even in PvE. But if you don't mind it, then getting r3 cleave is definitely worth it. You could also drop some Bash ranks to rank up your charge is you need to.

To be honest, it's pretty easy to get 51 rubies, enabling you to get both the 3rd Heavy Hitter ruby and Energy Flow
