I played a Holy Pally in WoW and I was wondering if there is a class equivalent to that in this game?

I mean I know there is a paladin Archtype but how similar are the two?

well we have a Healer and Summoners can heal spec.
I didnt play wow so idk what a holy pally is like. but if its a full heal pally, then no we dont have that
