Patch 3.2 Patch Notes

Patch 3.2 will be released on May 30th following Tuesday, May 29th's maintenance. Below are the Patch notes.

If something either in the patch notes or not listed in the patch notes appears to be bugged or working incorrectly once the patch is live, please send a bug report to allodscs@gala-net.com.

General

• Servers have merged - Nezeb and Tensess have been merged and are now one server: Yul

• Quests - All quest interfaces have been reworked. All quest objects are now displayed on the map. Tooltips of quest objects and their map icons now mention the names and objectives of quests they are related to. Quest items now can be used by pressing a context key button

• Active quest - Players can mark any quest in the quest log as active. All quest objects of the active quest have a "T" highlight by default. All objects, items, and markers related to the active quest have a special "target" icon by their names in all interfaces. Region of the active quest is crosshatched on the map. If an objective of the active quest is complete, highlight disappears for corresponding objects, items and map markers

• New World Map - World Map interface has been reworked. Quest Log and brief description of the selected quest have been added to the map screen, as well as a drop-down list of locations, a location progress bar and a button that toggles the displaying of Astral map and World Map. Raid members of the same party are displayed on the map as blue markers, and members of other parties as orange markers. For a selected quest, the following actions are available:
- open the quest in Quest Log
- mark it as active
- abandon quest
- automove to the quest location
- find the most appropriate quest to complete

• Auto Move - A player can now move to a quest location automatically, either on foot or while mounted. Auto movement can be activated by right-clicking a map marker or by selecting a corresponding option from the Quest Log context menu. Auto movement is interrupted by:
- left-clicking on the ground, or pressing a movement key
- using an item or ability
- crossing deep water
- being under a control effect

• Normal damage does not interrupt auto movement

• Auto movement is restricted on Astral allods, while being in a party, or in a heroic dungeon

• Quest Objectives - New options have been added. Active quest objectives are always displayed first, they are marked with a "target" icon. Mouseover any objective brings up detailed quest description. Left-clicking the button to the right of the quest name toggles objectives of a given quest, while right-clicking opens a context menu which allows the following:
- make the quest active
- show the quest on map
- show the quest in Quest Log
- automove to the quest

• Additional control buttons are located above the objective list:
- change size and placement of the list
- change the font size
- toggle displayed objectives: all quests, current zone only, or active quest

• Find Quest – To find the most important quest of those currently accepted, players can use the "Find quest" button which is located in the World Map interface, in Quest Log and in quest objective list. If no appropriate quest is found, players will receive a new quest. The found quest becomes active automatically

• Context Actions - Players no longer have to open their bag in order to use quest items. Using quest items is possible by pressing context button appearing at the bottom of the screen when necessary. If an item cannot be used, the context action is unavailable

• A Mentoring system is now available. This is a player-to-player activity allowing experienced players to guide novices by answering their questions, helping them with complicated quests, and sharing a general knowledge of the game. For supporting Apprentices, Mentors receive Special Holiday Coins, Marks of Diligence, and gold. These bonus items automatically appear in the Mentor's bag as their Apprentices obtain rewards

•Players who have reached level 6 after patch 3.0.02 may become an Apprentice, with the exception of Incarnations. Any player of level 30 and higher, including an Incarnation, may become a Mentor

•The Mentor and Apprentice must belong to the same faction and class. The same character may be an Apprentice and a Mentor at the same time. A Mentor may have up to 10 Apprentices

• Mentor and Apprentices tabs can be found in the Social menu

• A special notification is displayed when a Mentor or Apprentice has been assigned

• To become an Apprentice, open the Mentor tab and enable the "I need a Mentor" option. If a player already has a Mentor, the following information is presented instead: the Mentor's name, level, status, current location and other Apprentices' names, as well as a note the Mentor may have left for their Apprentices

• Apprentices tab becomes available after level 30. In order to become a Mentor, enable the "I want to be a Mentor" option. The following information is displayed for each Apprentice: name, status, location, and the rewards received as a Mentor

• Mentors and Apprentices are assigned automatically. If a player doesn’t want to be a Mentor or Apprentice anymore, they can select "Reject Mentor" or "Reject Apprentice”. Involved players will receive corresponding notifications. After rejecting someone, players must wait before being assigned a new Apprentice or Mentor

• A player stops being an Apprentice upon reaching the Mentor's level

• Magpie Helper will provide great assistance to any traveler - not only will it automatically gather loot, it also join in on /dancing and /boasting emotes. The Magpie Helper does not need any food and can be purchased in the Item Shop. Players can try a trial version of the Magpie Helper by completing a quest on Coba Plateau

• Players will soon be able to wear a vanity shoulder piece. A new slot has been added for that on the character window

• All classes now have a passive ability to parry attacks. Additionally, there is a chance to dodge, block, or parry an attack even while under a control effect. Bard and Scout rubies that previously granted the ability to parry now increase their chance to do so

• Deserted Farm skirmish is now available for 6v6 PvP. The goal is to capture a single checkpoint which may be fired upon from two defense cannons located on opposite sides of the farm. Beware of friendly fire!

• Tep's Curse is no longer applied to items when player dies, so Holy Charms have been removed from the game

• Fixed a bug where Counterfoils weren’t being distributed properly

• Added a new stage of the personal allod creation process via new quests "Project Source" and "New Horizons" offered by Yasker and Aidenus

• A new boss has emerged from the volcano crater in the Kingdom of Elements and presents a challenge even for a full raid group. The combined efforts of many heroes will be needed to defeat this Lord of the Volcano. Additionally, the surrounding area is open for free-for-all PvP, so players can attack members of either faction. This new boss drops Draconic Relics (more than Dead City bosses) and grants a significant amount of Prestige

• Vendors no longer sell common (white) quality equipment. Sets of such equipment can only be purchased from class trainers

• Visuals have been improved for weapons when level 13 runes are equipped

• Level 13 runes are now labeled with the mythical color instead of legendary

• Marks of Diligence now stack to 1000

• Maximum amount of gold that can be traded between players has been increased to 999,999

• Legendary cloth equipment purchased with Battle Emblems now correctly provides resistance to Elemental, Poison, Disease, and Divine damage

• Replicas of Maps of the Stormy Astral and Dark Astral layers can now be auctioned

• Killing the boss of "Astral Monster Den" quest now grants Prestige

• "Pledge of Punishment: Traitors" quest now grants Prestige correctly

• Descriptions of abilities shared from Progenitors now have more detailed information

• Effects from Technomancer's Helm, Zem Scientist's Glasses, and Mask of Eternal Eclipse can be canceled manually and applied again by re-equpping the headpiece

• Fixed a bug where some capes from the Cloak Chest didn’t display correctly

• Trinkets obtained from the Heroes’ Strongbox now scale to level 51

• Fixed a bug that prevented equipping a bag larger than the current one

• New hairstyles have been added for each combination of race and gender

• Hall of Changes now offers new pets for Wardens: Owls and Hyenas

Item Upgrading

• Mythical upgrading items are no longer obtainable from the fourth Astral layer bosses, but existing ones still can be used

• Level 52 gear has been converted to level 51 gear, and level 52 gear will no longer drop from bosses. This should simplify the upgrading process. Additionally, all 52 items that have been converted will be one quality level higher than they were previously. For example, a 52 Rare (blue) item will become a 51 Epic (Purple) item

• June Catacombs, Arena of Death, and Tka-Rik’s Cave now grant Impure Amalgam instead of normal Amalgam

• Using an Impure Amalgam requires one Caustic Solvent and generates three Amalgam

• Refinery Masters Pavel Lazutin and Dmitry Muhortov offer a new weekly quest: "Pure Amalgam". Completing it awards 30 Caustic Solvents

• Players who wish to obtain additional Amalgam each week may receive normal Amalgam from the chests on the Melting Isle or as a reward for the Astral Confrontation

• Drop of the Great Dragon's Blood can now be bought from Semer Knef. Using it unlocks Draconic Aspect

• Fixed a bug where switching from one-handed to two-handed weapons and back caused incorrect stat changes



Mounts

• Mount received during the "Important Cargo" quest no longer disappears upon logging out

• Using an item that grants a new mount will now only provide a mount if one of that type of an equal or higher rank has not been learned. If there is already a mount of that type and rank, players will simply gain the pattern

• Mounts can now be used inside all group instances

• Dreadnought’s Missile Barrage ability is no longer interrupted by incoming damage

• Fixed a bug with the Destroyer's Mask when mounted on a Rhino

• Fixed a bug where the Rhinos’ movement speed wasn’t displayed correctly



Social Networks

• Guild name is now always displayed in joining guild message

• Guild name is now displayed in the messages of the changed rank of a guild member

• Screenshots and message can now be sent to Twitter from the game

• Screenshots can now be taken and posted to social networks using "Screenshot" and "Send" buttons

• Fixed a bug where the marriage message wasn’t displaying properly for Social settings

• Fixed a bug that prevented messages about receiving unique items



Interface

• Adjustments have been made to the profanity filter

• Tab targeting has been reworked. Now it only selects hostile players and pets, as well as both neutral and hostile monsters

• "More..." button has been removed from the icons at the button of the main screen when a widescreen resolution is used

• The amount of Battle Emblems is now displayed correctly in Valuables tab

• The Interface menu now has Profanity Filter option

• Minimap tutorial now automatically toggles minimap on

• Patronage button has been added to the icons at the bottom of the main screen, which opens the Runes window

• Rating of some quests on the Calendar has been decreased from 5 to 4 stars

• "Boast" emotion no longer causes sound problems

• Using a Chapter from "The Study of Perfection", Page from "The Study of Perfection" or A Completed Copy of "The Study of Perfection" now grants twice as many stat points as before. Players who used these items earlier will receive the additional stat points automatically. The icons for some of the “Study of Perfection” items have been changed

• Messages from players in the Looking for Group section of the Bulletin Board are no longer replaced by messages from other players

• June Coins are no longer consumed upon using an Adventurer’s Stone when it is off cooldown

• Currencies that have a maximum amount now indicate this in the Currency tab

• Gaining The Great rank is now displayed as an announcement in world chat

• /played command now works properly

• New setting in the Audio options enables game SFX to play even when Allods is not the active window

• "Shoulder" auction filter for leather equipment is now named correctly

• "Trinket" auction filter for leather equipment is now named correctly

• "Cannons" auction category is now displayed correctly

• Fixed a bug where a notification indicating an item would become bound would not be displayed when combining stacks of bound and unbound items

• Fixed a bug that prevented Master Looter from distributing the loot from some bosses on Astral allods

• Fixed a bug that prevented using text emotes with /emote chat command

• Fixed a bug where custom hotkeys would remain empty until their default values were restored

• Fixed a bug that caused messages from ignored players to be displayed in certain chat channels

Classes

• Pets of Summoners and Wardens now disappear while traveling in an Astral sphere

• Psionicist's Choke, Warden's Nature's Grip, and Mage's Ice Flow abilities now slow some creatures that were previously immune

• Some incarnation spell descriptions now provide more detailed numbers for damage and healing in their descriptions

• Bard Incarnations now share Dissonance instead of Power Chord


Bard

• Many abilities have been moved or changed; rubies and talents have been reset

• Aria ability has been added to Elegy talent grid. Aria is a song that will apply a buff increasing the damage of the next Dissonance or Disharmony. Effect can stack up to 20 times, each Dissonance or Disharmony will consume one stack

• Dissonance, Disharmony , and Solo have had their visual effects softened

• Changed the icon for Dancing Shadows

• Reduced Dissonance and Disharmony damage by 33%

• March of Fortitude and March of Regeneration no longer replace similar effects of longer duration from spells cast by other classes

• Nocturne healing efficiency has been significantly decreased, but its heal is now instant and not interrupted by incoming damage. Additionally, every 4 seconds party members receive the Nocturne effect which will heal them if their health drops below 40%. This heal effect will not occur more than once every 15 seconds

• Consonance ruby now decreases time between activations of Nocturne and Aria spells by 10/20/30% respectively, instead of preventing the Nocturn effect from being dispelled by damage. In addition, Consonance ruby increases Bard's energy regeneration rate each time the applied Nocturne effect is triggered

• Power Chord has been changed. It applies an effect that inflicts damage over time and increases the damage dealt by Dissonance and Disharmony on the target by 13/16/17%. It no longer heals Bard

• Octave Doubling ruby now increases Power Chord’s damage 15/30/45%, down from 33/66/100%. It now increases Power Chord’s duration by 2/4/6 seconds instead of dispelling Acoustic Shock

• Reduced the duration of Requiem’s effect to 20 seconds, down from 60

• Requiem now reduces healing received by a static 2.5% per stack and is no longer based on the bard’s strength

• Requiem effects from different Bards are no longer additive, the most powerful effect is used instead

• Lullaby now has one rank that is the equivalent of the previous Rank 2 version and has been turned into a ruby in the Dissonance grid

• Heartfelt Verse talent has been removed and its effect has been merged with Lullaby

• Flying Blade has been turned into a talent instead of a ruby

• Flying Blade rubies have been replaced with Astral Blade rubies which increase Flying Blade’s damage by 20/40/60% but cause 33/66/100% of its damage to be Astral instead of Physical

• Second Fiddle now increases damage by 2/4/ 6% up from 1/2/3%, and decreases threat by 10/20/ 30% up from 7/14/20%

• Ballade effect can no longer activate more than once every 3 seconds

• Loud Chords has been renamed to Loud Timpani to reflect the ability’s effect

• Loud Chords now increases the range of Solo by 3.3/6.6/10 yards and reduces cost of chords by 5/10/15%

• Protective Tune now activates when the bard receives a fatal blow, and will remove all negative control effects, reduce all incoming damage by 80%, and increase the bard’s health by 5/10/12% for 2/3/4 seconds. Has a 180/ 90/60 second cooldown

• Trickster ruby no longer increases the percentage of health required for Protective Tune to be activated. Instead, it increases its duration by 15/30/45%

• Protective Rhythm no longer decreases the energy cost of Protective Tune. It now causes Nocturne to reduce the damage taken from Area-of-Effect attacks by 10/20/30%, down from the 15/30/45% that was previously applied through Protective Tune

• Damage from Elegy and Cantata is no longer considered direct damage and will no longer interrupt casts, prevent using object, dispel Mage's shields, etc.

• Love Song and Serenade effects now remove all control effects upon triggering

• Serenade’s range has been increased to 50 yards, up from 40

• Invigoration now has 2 available ranks, down from 3. Its effect now allows the bard to perform one additional song for the duration of the current battle, but the time between ticks from that song is increased by 200/100%. Cooldown is 20/5 minutes

• Completing "Revelation of Nihaz" quest now correctly grants Zak's Crystal Armor

• Fixed a bug where bards couldn’t complete the "Doing Your Civic Duty" quest

• Fixed a bug where New Idea effect wouldn’t apply correctly

• Fixed a bug where Acoustic Barrier would damage the caster


Healer

• Fixed a bug where Aspect of Mercy was not working correctly when the Healer joined a party


Mage

• The talent grid has been reworked and rubies have been reset

• Elemental Force point interface has been improved

• Each elemental cycle now adds 1 to 3 of each applicable Force Point, up from 0 to 2. Boiling Plume now has 4 ranks instead of 6, but the effectiveness of new rank 4 is equal to the previous effectiveness of rank 6

• Reduced the damage of most spells, especially those using force points. Increased the damage of certain Fire spells

• Fire Shock, Meteoroid, Icy Comet spells now consume 2 Elemental Force points, up from 1

• Electric Jolt now consumes 3 Elemental Force points, up from 2

• Reflections, Stone Barrier, and Stone Wall effects are longer consumed when Holy Shield is active

• Reflections effect is no longer dispelled when damage is avoided

• Icy Asteroid’s description now display’s its damage correctly and its damage has been increased by 35%

• Electric Jolt’s damage has been decreased by 7%

• Fiery Gehenna, Northern Lights, and Thundering Advantage rubies now apply their every 6 seconds (5 seconds for Fiery Gehenna) at a 33/66/100% chance. Their effects now affect cast time and mana cost instead of cast time and damage

• Icy Reflections ruby now works properly. It no longer increases the amount of Reflections charges that are applied by the Breakdown ruby

• Arctic Shock’s effect now works properly and only breaks from direct damage

• The values in the descriptions of the Stone Barrier and Elemental Shield abilities have been fixed to reflect that their effectiveness does not depend on the level of equipped runes

• Fixed a bug that caused Rank 3 Shocking Grasp to inflict less damage on targets with low health


Paladin

• Martyr's Salvation now heals damage received by Paladin from a Holy Barrier.

• Amount of damage absorbed by Solemn Prayer is now based on Expertise

• Vindication hits can no longer be critical

• Fixed a bug where the Departing Light ruby didn’t work correctly with the Extra Barrier ruby


Psionicist

• Mental Pulse’s tooltip now displays the correct amount of damage


Scout

• Smoke Cloud’s duration is now 10 seconds, down from 12

• Sambo Roll’s cooldown is now 30/23/20 seconds, up from 20/17.5/15

• Caltrops’ cooldown is now 60 seconds, up from 30

• Precision Shots’ cooldown is now 40 seconds, up from 30

• Recoil’s cooldown is now 45/30/20 seconds, up from 45/30/15

• Somersault’s cooldown is now 25/18/13 seconds, up from 25/14/10

• Fencing Master now increases the chance to parry by 25/50/75/100% of the Scout’s current chance to parry instead of granting the ability to parry

• Mental Resistance now works correctly with Fire Wall and Conflagrate

• Rapid Fire is no longer interrupted by incoming damage

• Piercing Blows now adds a critical chance to the Intense Pain effect

• Fear of Death can no longer be activated if the Scout is under a control effect


Summoner

• Neurotoxin now stacks 8 times, up from 6. Average damage and activation time have been increased respectively

• Fixed a bug where Debilitating Plague could be used without the required amount of blood


Warden

• Wardens no longer dismount upon sending their pet into the Spirit World

• Nature's Grip effect can now be dispelled by using potions or abilities which remove crowd control effects


Warrior

• Battle Frenzy now works under the effect of Mage's Conflagrate ability

• Shattering Strike’s description now mentions its damage is based on the Warrior’s equipped gloves, and its listed damage now also reflects currently equipped runes

World

• After teleporting to the Wandering Isle, players having "The Gods' Debate" quest no longer find themselves in the Frontier after restarting the game

• Fixed a bug where logging out in Purgatory while being queued for a Skirmish would make Skirmishes unavailable

• Piercing Gaze quests now require fewer kills

• Short disorientation effects caused by some monsters have been reworked

• Bosses and mini-bosses for quests now respawn faster across all locations. Their kills are counted to everyone who inflicted damage and all participants are eligible for loot

• The fashion designers Michel de Ardeur in Novograd and Viktor Rubashkin in Nezebgrad now offer a quest that grants a new vanity cloak

• Quartermaster Keepers on the Isle of Revelation and Twilight Isle now offer equipment to those who have sufficient reputation with Director’s Army faction. The following quests now increase the reputation with the Director's Army: "That’s a Big Omelet", "Hydra Kids, Hydra Wife", "Captured Alive!" and " Meddlesome Zombies" on the Isle of Revelation, and "Punishers and Their Axes", "A Merciless Heart", "Deserter", "Hounds on a Trail", "Room to Grow", "Aash is to Ashes" on the Twilight Isle. Tokens which were previously awarded for completing these quests also increase reputation with the Director's Army

• All players level 23 and higher can now ask their faction leader in Nezebgrad or Novograd about Emblems of Greatness

• A myrrh vendor is now located in Witch's Hollow and Deserted Farm team camps

• Acquiring a Drop of the Great Dragon's Blood for defeating the Great Dragon now only unlocks the Draconic Aspect, gold is no longer awarded

• Yaskul Sekhet now sells Amalgam for 50 Battle Emblems

• Mage can no longer use Sanctuary ability in Witch's Hollow

• Portal to hangar can now be used by several players simultaneously

• Skirmish participants receive rewards according to their team's success. Each member of the winning team receives 40 more Signs of Victory

• Fixed a bug where some quests weren’t properly listed as belonging to Draconid Isle

• Fixed a bug that blocked the initial location from appearing in the list of teleport locations right after turning in the portal-opening quest and teleporting to the new location

• Fixed a bug where some zones like Crossroads and Purgatory would display the Astral map



Novograd
• Discarding the "Reward for the Efforts" guild meta quest no longer causes the required Symbols to disappear

• Counterfoil quest’s description has been fixed


Siveria
• Increased the chance to purify elementals for the "Purity Standard" quest

• Vlad Uzelkov for the “An Important Witness” quest can no longer be killed


Darkwater
• Bat Talons and Crab Hearts for "The Witch's First Errand" quest now drop more frequently

• The June Rod used for “The Astral Extract” now has a 1 minute cooldown, down from 30


"Cloud Nine" Health Resort
• Martyr's Salvation quest. Astral Dust item now can be removed from the bag


Tenebra
• Lamia, Twilight Spiders, Shelba, and Vamp de Desirae now respawn more quickly

• Diary of Vamp de Desirae now can be acquired by high level players

• Discarding the "Chic Shirts" quest no longer causes the required items to disappear

• Fixed a bug where "Field Testing" would not complete correctly


Nezebgrad
• Items for "The Shamans' Test of Strength", "Imperial Bugs", "The Weaponsmith's Markers", and "One Small Step for You..." quests can now be used more frequently

• Yasker's Tower and Nezebgrad Port portals are now accessible without completing quests


Igsh Military District
• Items required for the "Experimental Weapons" quest now drop more frequently


Wild Isles
• Discarding the "Replacing Damaged Goods" quest no longer makes Tunics of Ordinary Spiked Leather disappear

• Druck’s level has been lowered to level 20, down from 24

• Fixed a bug with the “Road Construction” quest


Dead Sea
• The June Rod used for “The Astral Extract” now has a 1 minute cooldown, down from 30


Dream Factory
• Added a portal to the Dream Factory


Asee-Teph
• Added portals to the faction camps near Tensess Temple

• Fixed a bug where hostile Sites of Power would teleport to friendly ones


Eljune
• "Meeting the Seers" and "Yasker's Emissary" quests no longer require an escort


Coba Plateau
• Nighthowl now respawns more quickly

• "The Goblin Translator" quest now has a map marker

• Bard is now able to acquire an item from the Innermost Desire reward from the “Wish Granter" quest

• Fixed a bug that allowed progenitors to use Bandit Mask from the "Wagon Train Robbery" quest


Coldberg
• Monsters for "The Long Awaited Meeting" quest have been weakened


Avilon
• Objectives required for the "The Return of the Artifact" quest are available more quickly

• Armando de Doucer will now respawn more quickly


Dragon Ring
• Cullak the Distorter will now respawn more quickly


Yazes Shard
• "Preparing for the Mission" quest now has a map marker

• Dominique de Doucer’s pulling ability no longer affects the player sealing the portal during the “The Third Portal” quest

• The “Unsuspecting Couriers” quest’s reward Coast Guard's Leather Gauntlets’s stats have been corrected
• Augusta de Ardeur's health is now displayed correctly


Gipat
• Brutal Predators and Wrathful Demon Mages required for the "Avenging the Chosen One of the Empire" and "Avenging the Chosen One of the League" quests now respawn more quickly

• Nefania and Greenthorn are only obtainable if the "An Old Recipe" quest is active

• Removed the cooldown on the Soul Stealer used for the "Demonic Souls" quest

• Reduced the cooldown on the Vial of Phantasmal Essence used for the “Mastering the Ghosts” quest to 5 seconds

• Reduced the cooldown on the June Gadget used for the “A Magical Analysis” quest to 5 seconds

• Ghostfang, required for "The King of the Wolves" quest now respawns more quickly

• Ghostly Plane effect no longer disappears when a speed up ability is used

• Fixed a bug with the “Diversions for Ghosts” and "A Gipatian Massacre" quests


Kirah
• "Proud of the Empire" and "Father and Daughter" quests have been removed. The rewards previously given for their completion are now granted upon completing the "Back to the Past" quest

Wandering Isle
• Repeatable quests for escorting the generals now award the same report that can be used at any of the assault checkpoints and existing reports will work at any checkpoint.

• It is no longer required to gather 24 players or numerous reports to begin the escort quest

• Generals for the escort quest now start at the Watchtower and the Rotten Ruins instead of the Cultist Camp, reducing the number of required checkpoints to 3, down from 5

• Escort quests are no longer required for story progression

• "Death to Our Foes!” quest giver no longer dies untimely

• Reward for escorting the generals is now given out upon turning in the "Death to Our Foes!" quest, as opposed to upon visiting the checkpoints. Additionally, only players who have presented a report to a general are eligible to participate in the escort event

• Discarding "Sarn's Grace” no longer causes Seal of Sarn's Benevolence to disappear

• "Spectral Friend" quest now fails upon dying in the Ghostly Plane

• Nihaz now starts "A Pact with Cultists" quest, instead of the Keeper of Power

• Critters are no longer selectable by tabbing between targets

• Fixed a bug that caused players to remain active after being automatically teleported from Sarn's cave when their group disbanded

Frontier
• "Alternate Route" quest is now available only if "Meeting the Saboteur" or "The Lost Expedition" quests are taken. Additionally, these quests now have dialog options to open the portal and teleport

• "The Siege Begins" quest. "Golem Ready" effect now counts down even when a player is offline

• Wormface Corpse is now usable only if the "Correcting Past Mistakes" quest is accepted

• All players receive Drop of Rocktooth's Blood if it drops upon killing Rocktooth

• "Caged Kids" quest now fails upon logging out

• Only players who generated threat towards Ram Shaitan can now loot the Key to the Portal from him

• Fixed a bug that prevented players who had the "Counter Strike" quest from using the Astral sloops


Cradle
• Keeper of the Universe now sells rare weapons and equipment in Defender's Chests instead of individual pieces. Respected reputation with the Director’s Attendants is still required

• Cunning Incarnate and Deviousness Incarnate now damage each other correctly

• Abandoning the "Desire Incarnate" quest no longer causes Desire Incarnate items to disappear

• Only two daily quests now increase guild Prestige: "Hostile Intentions" and "Secrets from the Depths of the Earth". Each time a guild member completes these quests, the guild leader receives two First Fragments of the Sign of Glory via in-game mail. These fragments can be transformed into the Second Fragment of the Sign of Glory which grants Prestige. First Fragments of the Sign of Glory received earlier can also be transformed that way

• Descriptions of the Third Fragment of the Sign of Glory and the First Fragment of the Sign of Glory have been clarified. These items are awarded for "Hostile Intentions" and "Secrets from the Depths of the Earth" quests, allowing to obtain the complete Sign of Glory item which increases guild Prestige.

• Frozen Peak has been added to portal list

• "Pure Astralium" daily quest is now available even if "Jack of All Trades" and "Industrial Espionage" quests are not completed

• Fixed a bug where combat would not end after defeating an Astral Researcher

• Fixed a bug where the surviving hero for "Hostile Intentions" would not despawn correctly

Astral

• Treasures of the Anomalous Sector event has been introduced. Players of level 50 and higher are allowed to participate. Between 19:00 and 21:00 PST, a wormhole appears in each home region which leads to a sector of free-for-all combat. Players must conquer treasures and hold them for a period of time, to be awarded with Amalgam or prized ship equipment. The Demon Hunters faction offers special ship equipment and mount color patterns as rewards

• In order to visit an Astral sector, it is no longer required to be explored by each party member. Every two players can invite another one who did not unlock the sector yet. So, in a group of three, only two players are required to have the sector unlocked, and in a group of six, four members are needed

• Fourth Astral layer now has special regions. In some of them, players can find anomalies of a new type and receive rewards for exploration. In other regions, players have a chance to hunt down demon assassins and collect their precious energy. Remember, piracy is encouraged in these regions!

• Vendors and other hangar NPCs have been moved to a more shop-like area

• "Astrolabe Test" quest is now available at level 42

• Shipments of Meteorite Iron and Shipment of Supplies required for Astral delivery quests can be purchased and sold to vendors in the Hangar and on distant Astral allods for gold

• Hangar has been reworked:
- device rack is now opened immediately
- "Ask about your ship's devices" option is now offered by the Ship Device Master
- "Ask about your ship's construction" is only present if the ship is under construction
- "Ask about the repair process" is only present if a ship has been summoned

• Loot mechanics on Astral allods have been reworked. Ship devices and crystals from allod bosses are now always contained in chests, while the gear and equipment can be looted directly. After an emergency jump, all chests will be left in the wreckage

• New Astral modifiers have been added: Fear of the Unknown, Merging the Elements, Adrenaline Rush, Crab Vortex, and Astral Barrier

• Nightmare modifier: Increased the range of the shared effect

• Wind of Death modifier: Poison clouds now appear less frequently

• Major faction allods are now protected with three turrets that will attack enemy ships

• Unexplored Astral now has new monster types

• Savage Astral Predator now has the ability to teleport to a ship if the distance is longer than its attack range

• Poison type cannons now inflict less damage to the hull but more damage to the ship's crew

• Target Acquisition now increases damage by 10%, down from 20%

• Cannon critical hit chance and glancing hit chance no longer depend on targeting accuracy

• Ship slowing effect from Astral monster attacks has been intensified. Jumping to allods found with scanner now sends the ship one hub away from the destination

• Astral Pilots now provide information about safety measures in Astral and the emergency jump operation

• Second part of the Astral tutorial has been added, providing details on the ship and additional device operations

• Added 3 new sectors to the Astral

• Names and descriptions of the Astral map parts have been fixed, now they mention the applicable Astral regions. Replica of the Part of the Dark Astral Map can now be obtained in the Twilight Astral. It unlocks all Astral regions up to the Twilight Astral. Part of the Dark Astral Map is now a Legendary quality item

• Aggro radius has been reduced for the following monsters: Sentry Demon Skinner, Fiendish Predator Sentinel, Sentry Twisted Predator, Foul Predator Sentinel, Patrolling Demon Pursuer and Sentry Astral Dominator. Foul Predator Sentinel damage has been reduced

• If a player visits the Anomalous Sector on an Incarnation, they cannot visit it again by another Incarnation at the same day

• Fixed a bug that prevented Astral Demons from being hit with ship cannons

• Allods in starting sectors ("Dull" suffix) have the level of monsters/non-final bosses decreased from 51 to 50, and level of final bosses is decreased from 52 to 51

• If Speed Boost is activated with an engine of tier level insufficient for the current Astral layer, the ship's speed is now increased correctly

• “Knowledge of the Astral” quest can no longer be started if a ship is already summoned

• New Astral transportation quests are available from Free Traders representatives found in the hangars

• Adjusted the message that appears in chat when a Part of the Astral Map is used

• Magic Astrolabe cooldown has been reduced to 10 minutes

• Jumps to allods with the Magic Astrolabe may now be imprecise. There is a chance now that using a Teleport Charge will send the ship to a sector where the targeted allod is located, instead of landing right on the allod. This chance increases in deeper and more difficult Astral sectors. Before the jump, hangar coordinates are saved, so the emergency jumps or departing from an allod will send the ship back to the hangar

• Improved the use of Astral ship controls

• Monsters are no longer resurrected in the sick bay if they die there

• All hull upgrade quests are now available from level 30

• Adding or removing a device from the device rack is now accompanied with a chat message

• Magic Astrolabe can now be used even if a party member is offline

• Disturbance Generator that can be looted from Unstable Anomalies no longer disables Scanner, Visor, and Magic Astrolabe its own ship

• In Dark Sectors, only members of hostile factions can now attack each other

• A completely destroyed ship can no longer land on an allod

• Fierce Tempting Predator can now be defeated only once per day in each sector. If a party has a member who killed it already, the demon will not spawn

• Only members of the group whose ship holds the chests from the Anomalous Sector are now eligible to loot them

• Fixed a bug where hubs and their connections would not properly display on the scanner

• Fixed a bug that caused bosses in the fourth Astral layer to drop belts instead of chest armor

• Fixed a bug that caused ship cannon to miss the Astral demon sometimes, even when it was aimed perfectly

• Fixed a bug where some item names and drop rates were incorrect

Glacial Chamber: Glaciergrowl's damage is decreased while Icy Spikes is active

The Dark Carnival: quest context actions now disappear after departing

Koch-Itzmahl: Decreased damage from the Toxic Spores effect

Tlalcoa Ruins: Illusions created by Mirage now disappear after a wipe

White 17: Astral Power modifier has been removed

Enoch: Astral Power modifier has been removed

Enoch: Vasilissa the Spiteful and her minions now inflict less damage

Enoch: New creatures have been added to help decrease the Bloodthirst effect, and their respawn time has been decreased.

Enoch: Creatures summoned by Paul de Doucer now inflict less damage

Ship Devices

• Artillery now inflicts damage in a cone of 15 degrees

• Cooling rate of Smoldering Reactors has been decreased

• Ship and its devices now always point to the same target

• Added Arisen ship interior items have been added. The can be accessed by completing a quest in the hangar

• Cost of installation now depends on device level

• Acceleration of all engines has been increased by 25%

• Reactor self-destruction mechanics have been reworked. Now self-destruction is only possible if enemies use an Anomalous Bomb sold by Demon Hunters. After setting up, which takes some time, the bomb can be left unattended, although during the countdown it can be defused

• Removed the Exit Port button. Function is now shared with Exit Hangar

• Turbine has been reworked. It now consumes energy and has different models which vary in stats

• Carrying a Goblin Repairmen is no longer interrupted by receiving damage

• Whirling Motor IV is now a tier V device

• Transforming crystals used for ship upgrading now vendor for 1 gold

• Artillery damage is no longer increased after the third shot, but energy consumption continues to raise

• Advanced, Charged, and Pulsating Artillery now consume more energy with each shot

• Chat notification is now displayed if there is no room in cargo hold

• Swift Motor names have been corrected

• Ship hull crystal names now contain Mk.1, Mk.2 and Mk.3 labels, according to their grade

• If a Reactor was disabled due to overheating, its cooling time is no longer doubled

• Diversionary shot no longer turns off damaged devices for 30 seconds, although the Reactor still goes offline

• Stats of some Shields have been increased

• Energy consumption rates mentioned in the Artillery descriptions have been fixed. Now they only display the amount of energy consumed by the first shot

• Incoming damage interrupts reactor repair

• Fixed a bug that allowed Astral Shields to consume no energy while regenerating

• Fixed a bug where the Scanner wouldn’t consume emanations properly

• Fixed a bug where a ship’s Reactor would not cool down properly

• Fixed a bug that caused uneven loot distribution on Astral allods

• Fixed a bug where the quest to upgrade the hull to the fourth generation would be offered to players who did not have ships that could be upgraded


Professions

• "Give them some artisan’s notes" option is no longer shown to players who have reached the maximum profession level

• Profession manuals, oblivion potions, tools, and reagents are now stored in the Crafting section of the bag. Disassembling tools, alchemist potions, and crafted equipment remain in the Items section


Alchemy

• Herbs which are needed to brew potions now can be collected by alchemists. Herbalism is no longer a separate profession and all herbalists have become alchemists. If a player had two professions, including herbalism, their alchemy skill level will equal the highest of two professions

• Maximum profession level is now equal to the player’s level, so for a top level player the maximum profession level is now 51. If the recipe level is lower than the profession level by 5 or more points, using this recipe for crafting items will not increase profession level

• Additional recipes have been added. Potions may now have the following prefixes: Weak, Common, Strong, and Astral, according to their effectiveness. In order to make an Astral potion players must acquire ingredients from Astral allods

• New recipes are automatically learned upon reaching certain profession levels

• There is no random chance of receiving additional potion when crafting. Instead, players will receive one additional potion for each two unused corrections

• Alchemical tools are now called Wooden Mortar, Bronze Mortar, Brass Mortar, and Golden Mortar

• Alchemy and Herbalism trainers now sell items that upgrade the alchemical tools:
- Cover generates one additional potion
- Catalytic Coating grants an additional correction
- Filter grants two additional corrections
- Grinder generates a potion when a correct combination appears at the bottom row of vessels

• Alchemy interface has been improved. Ingredients required for the selected recipe are now highlighted in the Professions tab of the bag

• Flora Distorters and Alchemical Absorbents have been removed from Item Shop. Dried Mandrake Root and Mandrake Root have been added. These items can be used to replace any component in a recipe

• Mandrake Root and Dried Mandrake Root are stored in the Item Shop pocket of a bag, but they are also highlighted when a recipe is selected

• Flora Distorters and Alchemical Absorbents can be exchanged for Mandrake Roots and Dried Mandrake Roots from the Alchemy and Herbalism trainers

Between the latest test build and the release there was a .1 patch that added a few last minute additions. Noted changes are listed below:

• A minimap has replaced the compass for zones where maps are available. Clicking on the zone's name or pressing Shift+M will toggle the minimap

• Fixed a bug where the last letter of quest names would not appear on the quest tracker

• Made adjustments to the character creation screen's UI

• Stats in the character window now have a new look and can be toggled to display all stats or only stats that are important to that class

• A known bug is currently preventing the in-game connection to Twitter from tweeting

• A known bug is preventing some League players from receiving their daily patronage quest

• The server merge has been rescheduled and is planned to happen during the maintenance this following week
